3 rooms are available for hire between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays and 9.30 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Saturdays.
The minimum let is for two hours with any additional time being charged by the quarter hour, all setting up and clearing away time must be included in your booking. Please also notice a key deposit is required prior to hiring.

Someone will be there from 10:15 onwards to welcome you, and please stay for coffee/tea afterwards.
The Meeting House is a Grade II listed typical Georgian Quaker meeting house (1818) retaining its original features with an elders’ gallery and full size opening screens.
The whole building can be accessed via a ramped front entrance for people with mobility difficulties. There is an accessible toilet.
No extra charge is made for use of the garden or kitchen.

Seats 45 – 50.
Carpeted.
Stackable chairs.
The wooden Elders Bench is very fragile, and should not be used except for access.
Very good light - used for discussions, lectures, worship groups, choir rehearsals.
Small Meeting House
£17.00 per hour
Seats 45 – 50.
Vinyl flooring with doors through to the kitchen and to the side entrance.
Stackable chairs and folding tables stored in the side entrance lobby.
Very good light - used for art classes, exercise classes, club and society meetings.
Garden Room
Price : £15.00 p/h
Seats 8 on upholstered chairs, or stacking chairs stored in the lobby outside. Folding tables
Carpeted.
Doors open to the garden.
Used for one-to-one and small group counselling, small classes, therapy sessions.
